3 METERS ABOVE THE SKY
I don't usually watch Spanish movies but this one is EXCEPTIONAL. This one should be on your list too especially if you are made up of romantic bones from head to toe.

Sorry pero mababaw lang yung kakiligan ko. :)

Pero promise, you'll surely enjoy this movie. Kilig all the way until mapapaiyak ka sa dulo. Especially kung relate ka. I'm not saying I'm relating myself but some scenes remind me of my teenage years when I was Young, Wild and Free. (EEEPPP!) But I'm not saying matanda na ako huh. :)

Also braise yourselves ladies and gents for the gorgeous  hot body ng both leading characters.Add n'yo pa yung mga magagandang locations and houses na featured sa movie and mga maasukal na panunuyong sobra kung mangwasak ng wasak na puso. WASAK!

PLUS hindi din magpapahuli yung advertisement ng coke na feeling ko lumalabas all the time. :)

Project Pataba: ways to gain weight

Ever since bata ako, I'm naturally thin and it's very hard for me to gain weight. I don't know if I have deficiency or something but my parents said I have none. Anyways, my dilemma is this, since I started working i have to wear pants and slacks to work and I look weird. Not fashion weird but proportional weird.

Sad to say but I am as thin as a board. Modelicious body they would call but all I see is flat flat flat surface. From front to back.  Before I don't mind this cause I get to wear cloths that can camouflage my body structure but now it's really hard since offices have dress codes.

So instead of wailing and cursing all those normal weighing, god gifted women with there aw-so-awesome bods, I started doing research last-last week. Not only i want to gain weight but also to gain those round, firm butt cheeks. Athlete like butt but not to muscle-ly... :)

A summary from all the articles, blogs and v-logs that I have read and watched:

1. EAT EAT EAT - that is always the first rule.

But don't just eat and eat and eat. REMEMBER: Not all foods are what our body needs.  That is why we also need to know how much calories our body needs to gain weight.

When you know how much calories you need- EAT! Eat three time a day or make it 5 or 6 or more. NEVER skip meals especially breakfast.  However, this doesn't mean eating junkies and sugary foods. Let's focus on healthy goodies.More on PROTEINS. MORE on CARBS.More on NATURAL OILS. Even during snacks. Think of denser food arunnd some food supplements. Avoid trans fat ladies.

TIPS: Try drinking 30 mins before every meal. We need all the spaces that we have in our tummy.
         Snack after 8 p.m. but don't sleep after eating. Try to stay awake for an hour.

2. EXERCISE - break it to mold it.


Even the skinny needs to exercise . NO NEED to go to the gym, just a simple search on the net can help you starting plus discipline and religiously doing the routine of course. Also, don't give up just yet if you feel muscle soreness. It's normal. It's called DOMS ( Delayed Onset Muscles Soreness) and it goes away after 3-5 days.Furthermore building muscles (but not too much ladies!) through weight training  will not only convert those added fats to lean body mass but it will also stimulate appetite.

TIPS: Lift heavy weights for additional muscle gains.
         Increase work out to prevent growth from plateauing.
         If you have no time to exercise, burn less calories as much as possible. MAGPAKATAMAD KA                NHE!

3. FYI
  1. Try weighing yourself at the same time each day - body weight fluctuates throughout the day. RECOMMENDED time is during morning, after you wake up but before breakfast.
  2. Try FOOD SUPPLEMENTS - Some "drugs" are design for a certain purpose.
  3. Keep snack  with you like nuts, cheese, milk, burger and try to stay away from processed food. 
  4. If you feel too fat after, try cutting on calories and do more exercises.
  5. Drink lots of water.
  6. Don't work the same muscle group on consecutive days. REMEMBER: your muscle grow when you rest.
  7. When weight training to gain weight try doing between 6-8 reps for 5 sets. Between each set rest for 3 minutes max and drink plenty of water before and after every exercise.
  8. DON'T AND I SAY NEVER GIVE UP LADIES!
